A More Integrated Way of Living

I work with people who are ready to look beyond quick fixes and cultivate a deeper relationship with their inner and outer lives. Drawing from mindfulness, contemplative practices, health and wellness, psychology-informed approaches, and 15 years of experience in mental health and recovery, I offer thoughtful guidance tailored to the whole person.

My work is grounded in presence, curiosity and discernment—creating space for meaningful change without adding more noise to an already full life.

For those seeking a more

intentional way forward.

My private advisory work is for individuals navigating periods of transition, growth, recovery, reinvention or deeper self-inquiry. Some arrive at a crossroads; others simply sense that the way they've been living no longer reflects who they're becoming.

Together, we create space to slow down, gain perspective and explore what a more meaningful and aligned life might look like.

  • TRANSITION

    When something is changing.

Life transitions, loss, recovery, career shifts, relationships, identity and the questions that arise when an old chapter is closing.

  • DEEPENING

When you're ready to go deeper.

Personal development, emotional resilience, self-awareness, relationships, spirituality and a desire to live with greater intention.

  • ALIGNMENT

When success isn't the whole story.

Bringing your inner life, values, relationships, health and sense of purpose into greater alignment.
