SARA DAOUD MA, CHWC

Sara has a sincere passion and gift for listening and providing healing to those suffering from all walks of life. She is a Wellcoaches certified Personal Health and Wellness coach as well as a graduate from Stanford University earning her B.A in Human Biology and an M.A. in Religious Studies. She is a certified Yoga Instructor and has been a dancer for 22 years teaching others the benefit and power of movement. She has been a Vipassana meditation practitioner for eleven years. Sara is a Trained Mindfulness Facilitator from UCLA’s MARC and Semel Institute of Neuroscience. She is both a scholar and artist, reading & writing philosophical, poetic and musical pieces. As an avid traveler having traveled to 21 countries from a young age, Sara has a deep cultural awareness, sensitivity, and perspective which makes her dynamic and empathetic. Her self-motivating, and high-intensity drive and focus gives her an uncanny ability to problem-solve, understand, and achieve both in team and individual settings. With ten years of experience bringing mindfulness and spiritual education to the field of addiction and trauma, Sara is confident in her service to others both dealing with crisis and prevention, helping to integrate practical wisdom into everyday life.
